Bianca L. Harris. M.S., LMHC
Bianca L. Harris, LMHC, is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor whose heartbeats for healing and empowering Black families and communities. With 20 years of fighting for mental health justice and equity, I have dedicated my career to helping others navigate the complex journey of emotional literacy and trauma recovery.
Equipped with a determination for mental health justice, I aim to create spaces to empower black voices. The Phoenix Nicholas Center was formed as a way to bridge mental access and mental health quality for marginalized communities. Mental health equity is offering opportunities for individuals and communities to grow, flourish, and thrive.
Keith Merritt Jr.
Keith Merritt Jr. is an accomplished professional with expertise in business development, event production, and strategic partnerships. He excels in marketing, operations, and client relations, driving revenue growth and managing large-scale events. Keith is dedicated to creating visibility, access, and equity for BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities through innovative business solutions.
